- Camera and Photo Library: Access to your camera and photo library is required for you to create and upload content. We only access these when you explicitly choose to use these features.
- Microphone: Access to your microphone is required for audio features in the App. We only access your microphone when you explicitly use audio-related features.
- Network Information: We collect network connection information to ensure the App functions properly and to deliver content efficiently.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Community Guidelines
Prohibited Content
To maintain a safe and respectful community, users are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that includes, depicts, promotes, or references:
- Pornographic, Sexually Explicit, or Adult Content: Any content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, contains nudity, or is intended for adult audiences in a sexual context. This includes but is not limited to explicit sexual acts, sexualized imagery, or content designed to arouse sexual desire.
- Disturbing or Graphic Content: Content that is violent, gory, graphic, disturbing, or that may cause emotional distress, including but not limited to images or videos of violence, self-harm, graphic injuries, mutilation, or death. Content that depicts or glorifies harm to humans or animals is strictly prohibited.
- Gambling: Any content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages gambling activities, including online casinos, sports betting, poker, lottery, or any form of wagering or games of chance. This includes links to gambling websites, promotional content for gambling services, or instructions on how to gamble.
- Illegal Drugs and Substances: Content that depicts, promotes, or encourages the use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, or any other illegal substances, as well as content that promotes drug culture or drug-related activities.
- Political Content: Content that is political in nature, including but not limited to political campaigns, political advertisements, political statements, endorsements, or content that promotes or opposes political parties, candidates, or political movements. This includes content that advocates for or against specific political ideologies, policies, or government actions.
- Discriminatory Content: Content that discriminates against, harasses, bullies, or attacks individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic. This includes hate speech, slurs, derogatory language, content that incites violence or hatred, or content that promotes stereotypes or prejudice against any group.
- Illegal Activities: Any content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities, including but not limited to theft, fraud, violence, terrorism, or any other criminal acts.
- Harmful or Dangerous Content: Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or other harmful behaviors. This includes content that provides instructions on how to engage in self-harm or that glorifies or romanticizes self-harm or suicide.
4.1 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and moderate all user-generated content. We may remove, edit, or restrict access to any content that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines. Our moderation team works to ensure a safe environment for all users, and we use both automated systems and human review to identify and remove prohibited content.
4.2 Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately through the App's reporting feature or by contacting us at dresstalo@talodigital.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include content removal, account warnings, or account suspension or termination.
4.3 Content License
By posting user-generated content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App. You retain ownership of your content, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post it and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. App Permissions
Talo requires the following permissions to function properly:
- Camera: Required to take photos for your outfit posts and user-generated content. We only access your camera when you explicitly choose to use the camera feature within the App.
- Photo Library: Required to select and upload photos from your device for your posts and profile pictures. We only access your photo library when you choose to upload or select photos.
- Microphone: Required for audio features such as voice messages, video calls, and audio recordings. We only access your microphone when you explicitly use audio-related features.
- Network Access: Required to connect to our servers, load content, sync your data, and enable social features. This includes both Wi-Fi and cellular network access.
You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time. Note that disabling certain permissions may limit the functionality of the App.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
